My wife Gail and I are full time Real Estate Professionals. We buy, sell and hold residential and commercial Real Estate for our own portfolio and our clients and we have been involved in Real Estate since 1981 in the USA, Ireland and throughout Europe. Our recommendations, introductions, deal-making skills and strategies continue to make our clients wealthy. However, we find we have a problem…
Several of our clients want to buy large $volumes of REO’s. Others are bursting to get at discounted luxury homes and others have big $ to put into 1031 exchanges. On the other side of the coin, we have sellers of luxury homes who are desperate. We have a growing list of panicking owners in foreclosure. We have people contacting us daily who are almost destitute and dumping their homes on the market.
We find we cannot serve two masters. We cannot keep up with the volumes of those creating massive wealth and those sliding down the slippery slope so fast they’re gone by break of day.
